Wellbeing and Mental Health
At Denbigh we believe in promoting a culture which supports everyone’s well-being and mental health. This ethos aims to promote a good quality of life where everyone feels able to flourish and achieve their full potential.
We are excited to announce that Denbigh High School has been committed to the Wellbeing Award for Schools, administered by Award Place, in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau.
This award recognises the provisions we have in place to support students and staff mental health and wellbeing.
As a school we think it is extremely important to be aware and support overall wellbeing as this is a vital component to our own personal growth and that of our students.
As a school we take all aspects of a young person’s wellbeing seriously.
We place great emphasis on the welfare of our school community and provide support, information and guidance to help everyone at our school develop into well rounded individual members of society.
