We also have many partnerships in place with local community action organisations. We support them by providing reduced facility hire and direct links between the school and specifically identified sports activities. These include disability groups and a range of community groups providing social education opportunities and diversionary activities through the use of sport.
Our pupils also experience leadership opportunities such as helping out with the organising and running of primary school sports festivals as well as after school and lunchtime clubs. This helps to build confidence and develop pupils as future leaders in all walks of life.
