Facilities Rental

The school has a wide range of facilities for hire.

The superb school hall is ideal for a large function or theatrical production.

The meeting room is ideal for a club or society seeking a modern venue for its meetings or presentations.

As a sports college, we also have the following facilities for hire at competitive rates:

  • A large, 4 badminton court sports hall
  • Dance studio with PA, special floor and mirrors

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 200.00 is required for all bookings of the School Hall.
Facilities Available (included in charges)
Hall - Public address system, data projector, CD/DVD.VHS/Cassette player
Meeting Room - Data projector and a whiteboard.
Classroom - 16 tables, 32 chairs and a whiteboard.

General information

VAT
VAT at the rate in force at the time of hire will be added to the above charges.
No VAT is chargeable on lettings of sports facilities for which the hirer pays in full in advance, providing the booking consists of at least 10 individual sessions occurring not less frequently than once a fortnight.
Invoices
An invoice will be raised for each letting or group of lettings, and payment must be received by the school at least 7 days in advance of the event or first event for period lettings.
